SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will ship in 3 days or less, unless there is a special exception for an item.  If there is a special exception, we will reach out to you right away.   All orders ship vis USPS Ground Advantage, unless you pay for Priority Postage.  Priority Postage MAY reduce your transit time, but your order will still ship in 3 Days or less. 

RETURN POLICY

We except returns within 14 days of delivery of the item.  This excludes personalized or custom requested items.  

Buyer is responsible for return postage.  If you DO NOT open the parcel, you can write "Return to Sender" on the box and leave it in your mailbox.  USPS will bring it back to us, at no charge.  

However, if you OPEN the. box, you must pay postage to send it back to us.

Refunds will be made once the item is inspected and found to be in good order and complete with minimal damaged cards. Opened packs are acceptable.  

Refund amount will be the price of the item at purchase, but Postage charges will not be refunded.
