This Post-it message lets customers know that there are missing details or information that you can't deliver without. Especially if you have provided the forms, and the customer never returned them completed; this note brings attention to important forms they might have missed.
 
The bold print and a bright green color in this Post-It note makes this hard to miss message a clear but friendly request to provide the complete information we need to do our job. There is a small blank space for additional small details.

One-sided Art. Back is blank white with a strip of non-permanent adhesive along the top on the back of each sheet.
